HOW AND WHEN TO STORE SOAP AFTER IT'S MADE

I worry about the scent fading from my soaps. Am I correct in saying that after making CP soap, and un-moulding after 24-48 hrs, soap can be cut, air dried for 4-6 weeks, then put into air-tight containers.

I have read that when selling soap, the fresher it is the better; can you explain how fresh is fresh so the consumer can enjoy the soap.

Answer:

I believe you asked the first question previously...you will find the answer here - How to store soap after it's made.

"How fresh is fresh?"...Soap is ready to be used after the cure of 4 - 6 weeks. Some people use the soap before that time but for me that's about as fresh as it gets when it comes to using the soap without any drying effects.
