Soap hard but then went soft

I made a batch of soap. For the first week it looked fine and then it started to soften. What went wrong?

Without any information about your soap making process, I am unable to give you any suggestions.

Please post the recipe, type of process you used, all ingredients, temperatures...basically all the information you can think of about the process you used that day and after.
