Preserved fruit

Can cold process or rebatching soap be made to include preserved or dried out fruit?

Answer:

I don't really know how you would use dried fruits in CP or rebatched soap. Chunks of any kind of food will go bad when it gets wet.

I wouldn't suggest doing this with rebatched soap but you might be able to with CP if you re-hydrate the fruit and puree it. Then replace some of the water in the recipe with the pureed fruit.
