What preservative is used when addind raw ingredients to soap. I'm using green saffron in the soap at trace.
Answer:
Is green saffron similar to regular saffron? Herbs can be added to handmade soap at trace without using a preservative. Some herbs do not do too well when they come in contact with the lye but others do just fine. You will have to experiment to see what the result will be.
