Food coloring instead of the soap color?

I went to to local craft stores. The first one, they were sold out. Second one did not carry soap making supplies. Please Help
Answer:
Food colouring doesn't tend to work as well as soap colouring but don't despair.
Visit my page on Herbal Natural Soap Ingredients. It lists all sorts of things you can use to colour your soap and you probably already have quite a few of them sitting in your kitchen cupboard.
