Difference between soap for face and for body

I wonder that soap recipes in your web can be used for face or for body. Anything difference between them? Can I use what kind of carrier oil for soap recipe of face and of body?

Answer:

The face is a very particular part of the body. It seems to have a mind of it's own when it comes to what it likes having on it.

Which recipes on my site can be used for the face will depend on what oils your face can tolerate. This will vary from person to person.

If you want to create a recipe that is good to use on your face, first determine the oils that your face likes and then make the soap from those. Be sure to use minimal additives like chemical colourants and pore clogging ingredients.
