Superfatting

I was just wondering when you use a lye calculator which calculates the super fat percentage do you submit the oil you intend to use for superfatting into the calculator or not?

Answer:

It is best if you use the total amount of oils in the recipe (including any you wish to add at trace) when using the lye calculator.

This makes the amount of your superfat more accurate.
