Soap not lathering

I made some soap I used olive and canola oil it looks good but when wet it's not lathering I am getting a gel what can I do?

Answer:

Both olive oil and canola oil pruduce a very thin lather. Ingredients like coconut oil, palm oil, shea butter and castor oil will give a real boost to a soaps lathering abilities.
