Which colours am I to blend together to give a clear light brown colour?

Answer:

Brown can be achieved by using many different colourants such as brown oxide, cocoa powder, coffee grounds, clays, brown mica or brown soap dyes.

I am a little unsure of your question though. By 'clear' do you mean transparent as in transparent soap? If so then just add a small amount of your choice of brown colourant to the melted transparent soap.
