As a mold maker I am developing several molds based in a proprietary shape.

Never work with soap, always with crafts.
the idea is to go to hair dressing places to sell this new shape soap, as their soap.

The question is:
how the insurance works in this situation?
or where I could find the answer?

That is a good question. I suggest talking to a commercial insurance broker in your area. They should be able to tell you what type of insurance you will need.
