Hot process soap

I dont know what i am doing wrong im following doloris boones recipies to the tee run everything through lye calculater and check ph with phenophin and tounge and still get soft soap in middle is it supposed to be like that help
Answer:
I'm afraid I have not read Deloris Boones books so can't advise you on her recipes or her methods but if your soap is soft, I would see if you are maybe using too much water. Or perhaps you need to cook the soap longer.
