High ph level on goat milk soap

Just made my first batch of goat milk soap using cool technique (Anne L Watson). After 24 hours the ph is very high.

What did I do wrong? Should I wait and see if it goes down or just discard it?

I used Anne's temperature method to make sure the lye (microbead 100% lye) was dissolved.

Not sure. I'm not familiar with Anne Watson's processes but I'll post your question here in case someone else might know.
