Fizz balls/ bath bombs

Which emulsifier do you use to make fizz balls/bath bombs. Apparantly there are two types available: oil into water & water into oil.

Thank you
Zene Kaye

Answer:

Sorry Zene but I have no idea about that.

The only fizzy bath bombs I have ever made contained baking soda, citric acid, witch hazel, colour and fragrance.

Teach soap has a recipe you may want to try.

Bath Bombs/Fizzies
by: Heavenly Scent Soaps

Hi:

I make bath fizzies and also will be teaching bath fizzie/bath bomb workshops this summer.

I have not heard of an emulsifier being used either. I do add a bit of oil (usually sweet almond oil) right before adding the witch hazel, but I have never needed an emulsifier.
