Cow's Milk Liquid Soap

Is it possible to use cow's milk for the dilution of the paste instead of water? I've seen the recipes for adding slushy to frozen milk for the "lye/water" phase. Another thought, how about fruit juice for dilution?

Catherine Failors book "Making Natural Liquid Soap" mentions adding powdered milk to the diluted soap base. Check out her book for complete instructions.
