Coconut Oil

Hi, Im new to the incredible fun of soap making. I have only been using solid Coconut oil. Is it fine to use liquid coconut oil as it seems to be cheaper?? will it make much difference to the soap?? Thanks

Sorry Rebecca but I have not soaped with liquid coconut oil and can't advise you on its use.

Try talking to one of the suppliers...they may be able to help you or perhaps a reader of this site will have an answer for you.

I tend to use the liquid coconut oil more for lotions and hair products, but you can soap with it, Just use your favourite soap calculator to input your numbers.
