What will be the bubbles agent of the soap to have bubbles when you use it?

Answer:

I'm sorry but I don't understand what you are asking.

Are you asking if you are supposed to add foaming agents to the soap? Handmade soap doesn't require foaming agents.

The combination of the oils you use in your soap recipe will determine how bubbly the soap bar will be.
