How do you make a soap that is best suited to people with allergies?
And how do you make a soap for people that have really bad skin?

Answer:

In order to make soap for people with allergies, you need to avoid the ingredients that they are allergic to...it's really as simple as that.

As for making soap for people with really bad skin...sorry but I don't know. I would try talking to a dermatologist to find out the answer to that question.
