Adding coffee beans to soap

Hi I want to try vanilla coffee cp soap and want to know when is th best time to add the coffee?
Thank you

Answer:

Coffee can be added in a couple of ways.

You can make a pot of coffee and let it cool. Then use the liquid in place of the water in your recipe.

Another option is to grind the coffee beans up and add it at a light trace. This option will result in a scrub like texture whereas using the coffee in place of water will result in a smooth bar of soap.
